  • WikiLeaks investigative editor Sarah Harrison was interviewed on Democracy Now about helping Edward Snowden to safety and being forced to live in exile. She also discusses her work with WikiLeaks, the newly launched Courage Foundation, and the situation of Julian Assange.

Julian Assange News:
  • A new Essential Research Report shows that 69% of Australians polled agreed with the statement "It is a waste of money trying to arrest Julian Assange", where only 13% agreed with the statement, "Julian Assange should be arrested despite the costs".
  • The Swedish prosecution released a statement (PDF, Swedish) in response to the 24 June filing by Julian Assange's legal team to dismiss his detention without charge.
