 - 687 days at the Ecuadorian Embassy.
Chelsea Manning has been in prison for 1437 days.  
Jeremy Hammond has been in prison for 793 days. 
A secret Grand Jury on WikiLeaks has been active for 1540 days.

WikiLeaks News:
  • WikiLeaks journalist Sarah Harrison was interviewed by journalist Alexa O'Brien at re:publica 2014 in Berlin. She discusses topics such as Edward Snowden's asylum, publication strategies, and efforts to protect free press and whistleblowers.
  • Multiple, often negative references to WikiLeaks have been made in recent entertainment media including:
    • "Captain America: Winter Soldier", where Julian Assange is shown as a creation of the HYDRA terrorist organisation
    • "24: Live Another Day", which has a WikiLeaks-esque organisation called "Open Cell" (see the promotional website)
    • "RoboCop", where a news ticker states "Green Peace attacked by WikiLeaks hackers"
  • A new study from Indiana University School of Journalism shows that currently only 57.7% of journalists believe using leaked government or business documents may be justified, compared to 81.8% in 1992.

Chelsea Manning News:
  • Chelsea Manning is currently waiting for a response to her request for hormone therapy, but she may have to file suit, as the U.S. Disciplinary Barracks in Ft. Leavenworth have stated they do not provide hormone therapy to transgender inmates. However, recent rulings in cases show that the law may favor Manning receiving the treatment.
