 - 685 days at the Ecuadorian Embassy.
Chelsea Manning has been in prison for 1435 days.  
Jeremy Hammond has been in prison for 791 days. 
A secret Grand Jury on WikiLeaks has been active for 1538 days.

WikiLeaks News:
  • WikiLeaks commented on US hypocrisy regarding Press Freedom Day, as the US has jailed and persecuted many whistleblowers and journalists. They further stated that the "US State Department continues to refuse WikiLeaks employees journalistic visas to the US and refuses to explain why".
  • A US State Department cable released by WikiLeaks shows that the US was aware in 2006 of corrupt tendencies by Indonesia’s former Supreme Audit Agency head Hadi Poernomo. Hadi is currently facing up to 20 years in prison over changes of abuse of his position and embezzlement.
  • Guardian defence and security correspondent Ewan MacAskill spoke on Edward Snowden and WikiLeaks at ONO 2014. Tweets from the event can be read here.

  • Julian Assange authored an essay for Reporters Without Borders' new volume of "100 Photos for Press Freedom". The book will be published May 7 and an English-language app version of the book will be available May 15.
