 - 695 days at the Ecuadorian Embassy.
Chelsea Manning has been in prison for 1445 days.  
Jeremy Hammond has been in prison for 801 days. 
A secret Grand Jury on WikiLeaks has been active for 1548 days.

  • A WikiLeaks cable shows that the US is worried over France's sale of two warships to Russia. (full cable
  • The US Government briefly released sealed information on the WikiLeaks grand jury before immediately taking it down. A screengrab was taken by Wired's Kevin Poulson which states that justification for continued sealing of WikiLeaks grand jury "SHOULD NOT be reviewed by any party".
  • The Swedish Foreign Ministry has banned numerous people from the Stockholm Internet Forum including Edward Snowden, Glenn Greenwald, Julian Assange, Sarah Harrison, Jacob Appelbaum, and Alan Rusbridger. Of a list of possible candidates sent to the Foreign Ministry by the non-government organisation .SE only Laura Poitras was accepted, though she declined to attend a conference with a blacklist.
  • Glenn Greenwald will be discussing NSA surveillance, his new book, and why Julian Assange is right to fear US extradition on ABC The Drum, 5:30pm AEST.

Julian Assange News:
  • Representatives of the Brazilian social movement MST met with Julian Assange at the Ecuadorian Embassy in London. MST expressed solidarity with Assange and stated they would pressure Sweden into allowing him passage to Ecuador. MST also offered Assange asylum in their settlements.
