A secret Grand Jury on WikiLeaks has been active for 1545 days.

WikiLeaks News:
  • Over 270 health professionals in New Zealand signed an open letter to the Prime Minister warning that the TPP agreement threatens protection tools for climate and health. The letter sources the TPP documents released by WikiLeaks.
  • The UK High Court ruled that the UK tax office acted irrationally and unlawfully when it refused to discuss the status of any investigation into Gamma International, a company which allegedly sells surveillance equipment to repressive regimes. WikiLeaks' Spy Files detailed many of the surveillance tools used by Gamma.
  • The latest filing in EPIC Privacy's case regarding the secrecy around surveillance of WikiLeaks supporters argues that the sought documents are not law enforcement records, and thus the US DoJ cannot deny access by saying it would "interfere with law enforcement proceedings".
  • An op-ed in Washington Post discusses why it is harmful to democratic debates when government organisations pretend that leaked information is still classified.
