  • State Department cables released by WikiLeaks led to the release of Mumbai resident Roshan Jamal Khan from prison after six years as they support him claim that a protected witness which provided testimony during his trial was actually an undercover agent.
  • A Gallup poll shows that American's most stressed day of 2013 was Monday, June 3, noting it as the start of Chelsea Manning's trial.
  • Speaking at the Council of Europe in Strasbourg, Tor developer Jacob Appelbaum voiced his support of both Julian Assange and Edward Snowden, saying that they are fighting for greater transparency on the internet.
