Bradley Manning has been in prison without sentencing for 1182 days.  
- 36 days into court martial.
Jeremy Hammond has been in prison without sentencing for 534 days. 
A secret Grand Jury on WikiLeaks has been active for 1067 days.

WikiLeaks News:
  • WikiLeaks released 10,446 Stratfor emails on Angola, including 145 sensitive and 6 very sensitive emails.
  • WikiLeaks' Spy Files show that California company Glimmerglass is mining data from undersea cables. Combined with NSA revelations from Edward Snowden, it can be suggested that the NSA is using this company.
  • WikiLeaks commented on the UK Government's destruction of The Guardian's hard drives: 
    • "We denounce the UK government's strong arming of the Guardian into destroying history. Remember what happens to book burners? The Guardian hard drive shredding scandal demonstrates why it is necessary to publish early publish often and publish globally. Guardian Snowden hard drive shred makes it clear why it is necessary for WikiLeaks to distribute insurance files."
  • WikiLeaks spokesman Kristinn Hrafnsson appeared on RT where he commented that the UK's threats to journalists are "signaling the rise of fascism".
  • An article in Gigaom discusses the importance of a stateless media organization like WikiLeaks in relation to the recent crackdown by the UK Government on The Guardian.
  • "Collateral Murder" was admitted as evidence in the trial of Graeme Dunstan who disabled an an Australian helicopter gunship with a garden mattock in 2011.

Bradley Manning News:
  • Bradley Manning's sentence will be handed down tomorrow at 10am EST.
  • Bradley Manning's lawyer David Coombs will give a press conference at The Hotel at Arundel Preserve three hours after Pfc. Manning's sentence is handed down.
  • The Bradley Manning Support Network is calling for action after the sentence is given. A rally at the White House is planned for 7:30pm.
