Bradley Manning has been in prison without trial for 1096 days.  
Jeremy Hammond has been in prison without trial for 447 days. 
A secret Grand Jury on WikiLeaks has been active for 981 days.

  • Controversy over Alex Gibney's film "We Steal Secrets: The Story of WikiLeaks" continues after WikiLeaks' release of a full, annotated transcript of the film yesterday.
    • The Bradley Manning Support Network published a review criticizing how the film portrays Bradley Manning as someone who should be pitied, rather than looking deeper into his motives.
    • Alex Gibney sent an email to Firedoglake's Kevin Gosztola in response to his critical review of the film.
  • During an interview with Mike Stark, U.S. Senator Orrin Hatch (R-UT) struggled to back up his statement that the DoJ attack on James Rosen is different from that against WikiLeaks.
