WikiLeaks has been financially blockaded without process for 874 days.
Julian Assange has been detained without charge for 871 days. 
 - 309 days at the Ecuadorian Embassy.
Bradley Manning has been in prison without trial for 1066 days.  
Jeremy Hammond has been in prison without trial for 417 days. 
A secret Grand Jury on WikiLeaks has been active for 951 days.


WikiLeaks News:
  • The Icelandic Supreme Court upheld the decision that Valitor (VISA Iceland) must resume payments to WikiLeaks, otherwise face a daily fee of $6,830 beginning May 10. WikiLeaks called the victory the "most important to date" against the banking blockade, with Julian Assange commenting, "We thank the Icelandic people for showing that they will not be bullied by powerful Washington backed financial services companies like Visa". WikiLeaks also brought attention to those who are imprisoned for protesting the banking blockade.
    • Beat the Blockade, a site which helps raise funds for WikiLeaks, announced they will be starting a new fundraising campaign next week "involving an event in Sydney, Australia and online".
  • In an interview with Democracy Now!, journalist Jeremy Scahill discussed how WikiLeaks cables helped him expose U.S. "Dirty Wars", which are the subject of his new documentary and book. He also stated that Bradley Manning wrote him an email telling him that Blackwater’s Erik Prince was leaving the U.S. for the United Arab Emirates, knowledge he had not from classified info but a personal friend.
  • WikiLeaks released 9,815 Stratfor emails on Slovakia.
  • Imatin published an in-depth piece analysing WikiLeaks cables on the crisis in Côte d’Ivoire.
  • Telquel analysed the Kissinger Cables released by WikiLeaks and what they said on Morocco, the U.S., and the Cold War.
  • An ongoing FOIA battle by EPIC Privacy shows that records of WikiLeaks supporters were unlawfully compiled by the FBI.
  • The Official WikiLeaks Store has released new designs including 'Cypherpunk', 'Freiheit für Assange', and 'Befria Assange'.
  • John Robb of Resilient Communities tweeted that "2.5 Mb of WikiLeaks cables" was embedded into the Bitcoin blockchain.
