Bradley Manning has been in prison without trial for 1043 days.  
Jeremy Hammond has been in prison without trial for 394 days. 
A secret Grand Jury on WikiLeaks has been active for 928 days.


WikiLeaks News:
  • Human rights lawyer and former Liberal Party staffer Greg Barns has been named as the WikiLeaks Party's campaign director. He appeared on ABC NewsRadio to discuss his new position.
  • The CIA rejected access to documents which detail the CIA's attempts to block access to WikiLeaks.
  • Three FBI director nominees have records of prosecuting leakers and whistleblowers. This includes Neil MacBride, who is in charge of the WikiLeaks Grand Jury.
  • Ryan Gallagher updated his post on the WikiLeaks Grand Jury, noting that, once the 36 month limit is reached, it is possible that the Grand Jury can continue by being rolled into a new Grand Jury.
  • Attorney Jay Leiderman announced the formation of the Whistleblower Defense League, which seeks to protect journalists, activists, and whistleblowers via a "private group of attorneys that strives to lower defense costs via grassroots funding and support".
