Jeremy Hammond has been in prison without trial for 349 days. 
A secret Grand Jury on WikiLeaks has been active for 883 days.

WikiLeaks News:
  • WikiLeaks released nearly 700,000 new Stratfor emails about Latin America. They also announced their new advance search interface to assist people in searching through the emails.
  • WikiLeaks tweeted that they have secured the keys and data for BalkanLeaks' insurance file, and that they will publish it if BalkanLeaks is unable to. BalkanLeaks uploaded its insurance file after threats made to its journalists.
  • CIA whistleblower John Kiriakou is headed to prison soon for a 30 month sentence. People can be added to his website's mailing list by emailing kiriakoudefense@gmail.com.
  • Brave New Foundation released the official trailer for their upcoming film "War on Whistleblowers: Free Press and The National Security State".

Julian Assange News:
  • ORBooks is offering a free PDF of the "Cypherpunks" introduction and the previously unpublished introduction to the Brazilian version. People can receive it by sending a blank email to cypherpunks@orbooks.com. They also released a short video of Julian Assange discussing the topics covered in the book, including the internet and surveillance.
  • The cost of the 24/7 police presence at the Ecuadorian Embassy has reached nearly £3 million. An Ecuadorian Embassy spokesman stated that the cost to taxpayers could be avoided were Julian Assange to receive assurances against his extradition to the U.S. WikiLeaks further tweeted that the known legal and security costs have been paid solely by Mr Assange and UK taxpayers, with the U.S. and Sweden paying nothing.
  • In an interview with The New Zealand Herald, WikiLeaks legal adviser Jennifer Robinson discussed her belief that Julian Assange is misunderstood. She mentions his concern for his staff and his bravery, in comparison to the media smears of his character.
  • In an interview with Voice of Russia, Sam Castro of the WikiLeaks Australian Citizen's Alliance discussed Julian Assange's upcoming Senate run and the platform of the WikiLeaks Party.
  • The Nation published an article on Yoko Ono's upcoming 80th birthday, discussing her work in art, music, and activism, including her recent presentation of the Yoko Ono Lennon Courage Award to Julian Assange.
  • New documentary "Free Speech Fear Free" is currently seeking funding via Indiegogo. The film features interviews with Julian Assange, Jude Law, and others.
  • Blogger Nozomi Hayase wrote on the recent smear attacks against Julian Assange.

Bradley Manning News:
  • The Bradley Manning Support Network posted a reminder of the international action in protest of Bradley Manning's 1000th day in pretrial detention on February 23. The post also describes PFC Manning's upcoming February 26-March 1 hearing, in which a ruling on the defense's speedy trial motion is expected.
