Jeremy Hammond has been in prison without trial for 226 days. 
A secret Grand Jury on WikiLeaks has been active for 762 days.

WikiLeaks News:

  • Julian Assange issued a statement entitled, "Basic solidarity in WikiLeaks & Anonymous", in light of criticisms from Anonymous members over WikiLeaks' latest fundraising campaign.
  • Evgeny Morozov reviewed Andy Greenberg's book "This Machine Kills Secrets", to which Mr Greenberg then replied, focusing on aspects about WikiLeaks and the anonymity of leakers.

Julian Assange News:
  • Australian Prime Minister Julia Gillard has not been formally briefed on Julian Assange's situation since May, a month before he sought asylum.
