Bradley Manning News:
  • Today the Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces heard oral arguments over public access to Bradley Manning's court martial records. The judges doubted the need for such secrecy in the case, but were unsure if they had proper jurisdiction over the matter. The Center for Constitutional Rights sent out a series of tweets detailing the hearing, noting that the court will order supplemental briefing.
    • The Bradley Manning Support Network started an action campaign asking supporters to contact the Military Public Affairs Office and demand that media access be improved.
  • Nathan Fuller of the Bradley Manning Support Network was on Scott Horton's Radio Show to discuss Bradley Manning's situation, including his treatment at Quantico and David Coombs' defence strategies.
