  • The G.I. Files continue dominating headlines. About 100 more emails were released today, including more which discuss WikiLeaks. Here are some highlights from today:
  • Senator Scott Ludlam addressed the Australian Senate regarding a sealed indictment against Julian Assange. Transcripts are available of his speech and his questions to the PM's representative.
  • CCR's Michael Ratner was on Democracy Now! discussing the sealed indictment against Julian Assange.
  • The Young Turks discussed the impact and revelations from the G.I. Files. Michael Hastings was also on the show talking about Homeland Security's monitoring of the Occupy movement.
  • Andrew Kreig, director of the Justice Integrity Project, analyses the revelation of the sealed indictment against Julian Assange.

On WikiLeaks (Other):
  • A major update to a government-wide cyber manual addresses how to spot conduct that may signal an employee plans to leak sensitive information.
  • Professor Ferrada-noli was on Swedish Radio1 debating Expressen journalists over their recent articles which claim WikiLeaks is planning a smear campaign against Sweden.

On Julian Assange:
  • The verdict for Julian Assange's Supreme Court hearing will be issued sometime after March 4.
  • With news of the sealed indictment, WikiLeaks lawyer Jennifer Robinson says its time for the Australian government to stand ground and protect Julian Assange.

  • The Support Assange & WikiLeaks Coalition calls on the Australian Government to act now to stop extradition of Assange to the US.
